The AI-generated food nutrition estimates and health insights are for informational purposes only. ALWAYS seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
1. Vytal Wellness+ Subscriptions
Vytal offers premium features through a "Wellness+" auto-renewing subscription.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Play Store Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription.
2. User Responsibilities & AI Accuracy
While Vytal utilizes advanced AI models to analyze food items and health metrics, technology is not infallible. Vytal does not guarantee 100% accuracy in its caloric estimations or nutritional breakdowns. You are responsible for verifying any critical health data interpreted by the app before acting on it.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any biometric login settings you authorize. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Vytal application to:
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to reverse engineer the AI models.
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating any local health regulations.
- Attempt to bypass the subscription paywall maliciously.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Vytal service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or us.
